Glo Professor Johnbull TV Drama X-rays Buck-passing Among StudThe second episode in the second season of the highly regarded Glo-sponsored TV drama Series, Professor Johnbull, is to dissect the issue of buck-passing among lazy students.

The episode airing tonight will resonate with parents and guardians who have had their children and wards tell them that their teachers short-changed them after they performed woefully in examinations.

Entitled "Dem Give Me", the episode borrowed the language of students who want their parents or guardians to believe the marks they scored were ‘given’ by their teachers or lecturers as opposed to the higher marks they deserved.

Flash (Stephen Odimgbe), is at the centre of this episode as his results are withheld by his professor and HOD, Professor Abby, starred by Ben Nwosu. This is because his uncle, Harold (Victor Osuagwu), refuses to pay his school fees. He is to later seek the assistance of Professor Johnbull in paying the fee.

Viewers will be interested to find out what Professor Johnbull’s reaction will be to Flash’s request. Considering how generally unserious Flash has been, it would be interesting to know what his results are. How does Professor Johnbull know Flash's performance without seeing his result? Will the "scattered-brain, misguided, undependable and preceptor" Uncle Harold fall for Flash's pranks?

How will Professor Johnbull react to his housemaid, Caro, failing her home-lesson and passing the blame to someone else? Viewers will find answers to this in the episode.

The episode will help to improve the country’s educational standards by changing students’ orientation to their studies. The general unspoken message is that students should study hard and expect to get the marks they genuinely earn or deserve.

Artistes to look out for include, Nollywood actor, Victor Osuagwu, making a special guest appearance as an uncle to the philanderer, Flash Boy, acted by Stephen Odimgbe. It also parades other regulars like Elizabeth (Queen Nwokoye), Caro (Mercy Johnson Okojie), Olaniyi acted by Yomi Fash-Lanso, Mai Doya (Funky Mallam), Jumoke played by Bidemi Kosoko, Etuk (Imeh Okon) and the conscience of the Series, the erudite Professor Johnbull (Kanayo O. Kanayo).

Catch the episode at 8.30 p.m. on Tuesday on NTA Network, NTA International on DSTV Channel 251 and NTA on StarTimes.  Repeat broadcast of the series will air on the same channels and at the same time on Friday.
