According to him other requirements that qualifies the applicants for license include "a minimum of five other branch offices in the country, have goods in transit bond, it must have mail operation facilities in head and branch offices, and also have passed facilities inspection test conducted by the regulatory department in addition to the sum of one hundred million naira licensing fee.
After the presentation of licenses to the entrants, the operators were trained on the spot on courier activities.
The newly accredited courier firms were: Mas Global Express Logistics, Supreme Courier Services Ltd., Funecolinks Transport & Courier Services, Globalport Express Logistics Nig. Ltd., Express General Logistics Nig. Ltd., Speed Express Courier Ltd., Citirun Express Services, Chrisnak Global Ltd., Delivery Network Ltd., Business Mail Express Ltd., Mail Impex Global Resources, Diamondworth Global Associate, Ukail, Cleveland & Margated Ltd., Freeflow Express Services Ltd., Amazing Grace Courier Ltd., A. M Couriers Ltd., EDS Express Ltd., DVG Pearl Logistics Ltd., and Barnet Logistics Ltd.
