Enugu Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture will organize and host Micro Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) Cluster Forum and the 4th Enugu Christmas Shopping Festival from Friday November 30 to Monday December 10, 2012.
The event which will hold at the Old Trade Fair Complex Annexe, GSS Field Enugu will attract diversified stakeholders including Banks, Telecommunication/ICT operators, other point of sale accredited vendours, SME/Business Operators, Merchants of different products from across the Country.
Emeka Okereke, director general, Enugu Chamber of Commerce, said that the opening day of the event will feature a symposium on the theme of the event “SMEs and the Opportunities and Challenges of the Cashless Economy in Nigeria” to be delivered by Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, governor, Central Bank of Nigeria
He added that the event is being organized in the concerted efforts to enhance the capacity of MSMEs and to engender and facilitate the workability of the cashlite economy policy.
