Adeola said with the remodeling some of the major airports across the country, that air travel has once again become an exciting.
He said that the recently commissioned airports in Lagos and Abuja are landmarks and that it will encourage foreign investment.
The Sterling Bank MD, made this remark recently at the bank’s head office in Lagos, while playing host to the management team of the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), led its managing director, Engr. Mazi Nnamdi Udoh.
Adeola , while extolling the dynamism of the aviation minister in driving the aviation sector to its Eldorado, pledged the support and co-operation of the bank in the transformation agenda of the federal government.
He noted that NAMA, under his present leadership,’’is doing an excellent job in the area of air safety’’ assuring that ‘’Sterling Bank is ready to partner with the agency to enhance its activities and add value to its programmes through the bank’s various products and services’’.
Earlier in his address, Udoh, noted that the visit to the bank was spurred by desire to enable the agency and Sterling Bank to explore new frontiers of partnership and initiatives that would enhance a mutual co-operation and business harmony .
He disclosed that NAMA, has embarked on a number of safety critical projects like- modern air traffic equipment and staff capacity building all targeted at enhancing and improving air safety in the country in line with the international standards.
