Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria, one of the foremost Federal Universities in Nigeria has engaged the services of Dataflex a leading ICT solutions and services company in the country in the supply and support of Dell Thin Client at the university.
The Dell Thin Client is a computing device that could act as a Virtual Desktop hence using the computing power residing on networked servers.
This System from Dell is a highly efficient and cost effective device with a centralized management system that provides some security benefits for any organization.
The Dell Thin Clients will be used for the Computer Based Tests (CBT) purposes of the institution. In presenting the systems to Prof Abdullahi Mustapha, vice chancellor of ABU Zaria, Danjuma Attah; regional director for Dataflex thanked the VC for the opportunity given Dataflex to provide this service to the institution.
