Airtel said at the weekend that following the success of its ‘Red Hot’ promo which was first introduced last year, it has launching the second edition of the consumer promo, which has created life-changing opportunities for scores of Airtel customers to become instant millionaires.

For the second edition, Airtel Nigeria has raised the bar by offering a star prize of a brand new 2015 Range Rover.

The promo will further produce one winner of one million naira daily while 100 lucky customers will each win N10,000 daily for 60 days, through electronic draws.

Every customer that participates in the promo will stand the chance of winning the star prize at the end of the promo.

In addition to these exciting prizes, Airtel will be offering smart phones to 100 lucky customers every week and free airtime to over 5,000 customers.

Speaking on the consumer-reward initiative, Mr. Maurice Newa, chief commercial officer, Airtel Nigeria, noted that Airtel continues to create platforms to enrich and empower its customers, noting that the Airtel Red Hot promo Season One was a success as it opened doors of fortune to new and existing customers.

He said: “The second edition is bigger and bolder with lots of goodies for Airtel customers. This is another opportunity for our customers to become instant millionaires while others will step up their style by winning smartphones and free talk time to chat with friends, family, business associates and loved ones.

“Airtel Red Hot promo is another unique way of showing appreciation all Airtel customers in Nigeria. In addition to the innovative products and services which the network offers them, the Red Hot promo presents them with opportunities to enrich their lives and achieve their dreams.”

To participate and qualify, customers will need to recharge their lines or purchase any Airtel data, Blackberry, Android bundle or voice offer bundle offer. Each of these activities carry specific number of entries into the raffle draw and the higher the number of entries earned, the higher the chances of winning.

The accumulated entry points for a customer can be carried over every day throughout the promo so that the chance of winning increases with every passing day.

The Airtel Red Hot Promo, which runs for 60 days is open to all prepaid and Zero Credit limit post-paid customers.

It would be recalled that last year, Danjuma Ibrahim Yakubu, 40, a National Assembly correspondent with Radio Nigeria Precious FM, in Lafia, Nassarawa State, emerged winner of the N10m star prize.
