Tolet.com.ng, renowned online Real Estate Company, has unveiled a new website, while partnering with Real estate Agents to offer rentals and properties sales through its platform.

The company which had focused on rentals now has sales of Properties added to its upgraded services.

The new offering and the new website was officially unveiled by the management to newsmen at its head office in Lagos on Monday.

Fikayo Ogundipe, chief executive officer, Tolet.com.ng said the new added upgraded service is the company’s commitment to making a difference in the Real Estate Industry in Nigeria.

He disclosed that the new offering and strategy embarked on will make it very easy to access properties in Lagos irrespective of the user’s location in the world.

However, the launch of the newly upgraded service coincides with the launch of a new website which has added advanced search filters, a cleaner user interface which has been designed to provide the ultimate user-friendly experience with improved navigation and functionality throughout. Part of the newly added features is a “Post a Property” tab on the home page which allows Landlords control over how their property is marketed.

Ogundipe added that non tech savvy landlords can also call the website’s call centre for other engagements. 

Seyi Ayeni, chief technology officer, Tolet.com.ng explained that the website is very easy to use, work on three simple steps of Search, Connect and live.

“Users can search for properties in a particular area they preferred in Lagos, whether Ikeja, Lekki, Magodo and so on. Afterward, they can then connect with the Tolet.com.ng’s Agent in that area and go ahead to rent or buy the property,” Ayeni said.

Meanwhile, the Tolet.com.ng’s partnership with Real Estate Agents is under the marketplace program called the Tolet partner Agent Program (TPA) and this will allow property seekers access Nigeria’s largest collection of property verified, trustworthy and hardworking property agents.

The TPA program of the company is to enable improved service delivery to its user and empower small and medium scale real estate agents in Lagos.

The company revealed that the TPA platform gives shortlisted agents the opportunity to leverage on the reach and expertise of the Tolet.com.ng platform to generate more leads, make more money and ultimately grow their real estate business.

It equally guarantees increased and improved user experience for prospective tenants who now can be assured that they are dealing with the best crop of trusted, committed and hardworking real estate agents that Lagos has to offer.

Sulaiman Balogun, chief business officer, Tolet.com.ng stated that all the properties posted on their platform are vetted to ascertain that they are priced properly and affordable.

He added that the users can rate the Agent, send complain and also comment on the Agent’s review page on the service delivery they received, for other users to read, whether good or dissatisfactory service.

The feedback he noted would determine if they would have to continue doing business with an Agent or not.

In addition, Eludire Oladapo, chief operation officer, Tolet.com.ng made it known that the Agents on their platform are trusted and can always be located at any point in time due to the mechanism the company has put in place that protect their users from entering the net of fraudsters.
