Sage, the market leader in accounting, payroll and payments has launched, Sage Marketplace, a new global distribution platform for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to showcase their Sage developer add-ons.

It and can be viewed by all Sage customers, who can buy directly from the developing partner.
This launch follows the global launch of Sage’s Global Partner Programme (GPP), a reimagined partner model which provides world-class benefits and incentives to partners and supporting new customer acquisition and business growth for its growing Global Product portfolio, including Sage One, Sage Live, Sage Impact and Sage X3.
Available now for all partners, the Global Partner Program introduced a simplified engagement model for all partners, including System Integrators SI’s, Resellers, Value Added Resellers VARs, ISV’s and Developers.
Michael De Jongh, VP Global ISV & Developer Program, Sage comments; “This is just the beginning for the Sage Marketplace. Many ISVs are joining us to develop extensions to Sage’s portfolio of online products and our customers are getting even more value from our global products like Sage One and Sage Live, through new developer add-ons that create enriched functionality over and above the core product. This is a fantastic opportunity for ISVs to join our growing community and grow their business with Sage.
Examples of add-ons already on the Marketplace include cashflow support from Fundbox to eCommerce extensions from Magento and Prestashop.
