Check Point Software Technologies Limited, the worldwide leader in securing the internet has appointed 21st Century Technologies Limited, Nigeria’s ICT powerhouse as the authorized training centre (ATC) for Nigeria.
By this, 21st Century Technologies, will deliver Check Point product training to its customers across Nigeria and nearby countries enabling them to effectively utilize Check Point's comprehensive product suite for Internet security and maximize their return on investment.
The courses to be delivered will prepare individuals for exams leading to certifications as Checkpoint Certified Security Engineers (CCSE's) and Check Point Certified Security Administrators (CCSA's), two highly recognized Internet security credentials in the industry.
“Becoming an Authorised Training Centre has taken months of planning and a lot of investment, we have built the largest operating centre in Nigeria and it is our firm belief that this will help secure Nigeria’s internet space” Wale Ajiesebutu, chief executive officer, 21st Century Technologies, said.
Recall, that before now, Nigerians and firms were sending people abroad for such trainings and such were putting pressures on foreign exchange.
The ATC in Nigeria has the ability to offer world-class Check Point certified training, allowing channel partners as well as their end-users the ability to train their engineers on the latest product offerings from Check Point, without having to incur the huge costs of sending people overseas.
21st Century Technologies had been building infrastructure, platform including applications that will revolutionise ICT in Nigeria.
