Access Bank Partners Tavia Technologies on Internet Protocol

Access Bank Plc has entered into partnership with Tavia Technologies, a leading Nigerian technology solutions provider on its internet portal, www.accessbankplc.com as the premier Nigerian internet portal built on the Microsoft SharePoint platform.
The internet portal focuses on the customer experience with easy navigation and information presentation, live chat capabilities harnessing the banks 24/7 customer care, self service features and much more.
The decision by Access Bank to develop the new web portal using the robust and scalable SharePoint platform as recommended by Tavia Technologies Limited was informed by the strategy to consolidate and streamline to improve organizational efficiency and realize maximum benefit from existing investments with the bank’s intranet Sharepoint Portal which is also managed by Tavia Technologies Ltd, a Microsoft Gold Partner.
