Airtel Nigeria, has commissioned a new service centre located at the Circle Mall, Jakande Round-about, Lekki Expressway, Lagos aimed at bringing its services closer to its customers most especially those located in the Lekki area of Lagos.
Mr. Segun Ogunsanya, managing director and chief executive officer, Airtel Nigeria, while commissioning the office noted the telco’s commitment towards offering innovative products and services to its customers hence its consistent efforts at increasing of its service footprints across Nigerians.
“With our aggressive retail expansion and investment in customer service centres, we can make bold to say that our customer-centricity, which has consistently earned us the Best Customer Service Operator over the years is not a fluke, but a reality we would never compromise.

The Airtel CEO was represented by Oladokun Oye, regional operations director, Lagos Region, and the ceremony was attended by the company’s brand Ambassador, Tuface Idibia; and some of the company’s Channel Partners namely, Mrs Bunmi Odubanjo of Bhaujet Nig. Limited; Mrs. Ayorinde Oderinde of Telfinit Ltd; Mrs Ukazim Uchenna of GPU Nig. Ltd and some senior executives of Airtel.
