Anabel Unveils Entertainment Initiatives

Telecommunications services provider, Anabel has unveiled series of entertainment initiatives under its entertainment outfit, the initiatives includes Anabel movie premiere featuring ‘Inglorious Basterds,’ search for Princess Anabel.
Nicholas Okoye, chief executive officer, Anabel mobile, said that Anabel entertainment is an initiative that will bring convergence of technology, entertainment and telecommunications which have never been done in the history of entertainment in the country. He added that Anabel entertainment will be introducing the technological approach to fight against piracy is giving Nigerian artist sleepless night.
Okoye also unveiled the search for Princess Anabel and a reality show which the company is organizing in collaboration with Genesis Deluxe Cinemas.
Emeka Okoli executive vice president, Anabel Entertainment said that  the  Search for “Princess Anabel” will involve a team that will be going to all corners of Nigeria to seek out, identify and bring back to camp the most beautiful, most intelligent, most enchanting, most sophisticated and talented girls between the ages of 18 and 25. The Princess will be chosen from amongst those invited to camp.
While expressing Anabel commitment for entertainment industry in Nigeria, he said that final competition will be anchored by the beautiful Meagan Good, the Hollywood Star and Fashion ICON who is also Anabel’s brand ambassador.
The winner, he assured  will get the title of “Princess Anabel”, after which she will be flown off to the United States for an all expenses paid week in Hollywood with Meagan Good and her friends  where they will attend a true Holly Wood, Los Angles red carpet event.  Meagan’s friends, he explained, include other hot Hollywood stars such as Kim Kardashian, among others.
 Princess Anabel , according to Okoli, will attend acting classes in New York and participate in anchoring an entertainment event in Las Vegas, adding that she will also be cast in a movie of international standard to be produced by Anabel Entertainment and distributed all over the World. In addition to all this exposure, ‘Princess Anabel’ will get a brand new car, a new wardrobe as well as a Princess spending allowance.
 Already, several television stations including stations in South Africa and Kenya, according to Okoli, are clamoring to get the broadcast rights for the Television reality show aspect of the program especially as Meagan Good, Anabel’s Brand Ambassador, is expected to be a part of the program as she will crown Princess Anabel.
“The Beautiful Ms Meagan Good is sure to attract millions of viewers to the show on a weekly basis all across Africa. The TV show will not stop at the crowning of the Princess, but the TV crew will follow Princess Anabel to the United States and film her being treated as a Princess on the red Carpet in Los Angles, New York as well as Les Vegas,” he said.
Forms for the Princess Anabel competition are on sale at all Anabel Offices including at the Transcorp Hilton Abuja and Genesis Deluxe Cinemas “the Palms mall” Oniru Lagos, as well as all First bank and UBA branches nationwide.
