AnabelMobile to Transform Personal, Business Communication

AnabelMobile, an information technology services and marketing company is set to revolutionalize telecommunications in the country by enhancing the overall communications experience of the personal and business consumer.
Ahead of it commercial launch, the company said that it will take the wrapper off four subsidiaries: AnabelMobile, nabelEntertainment, AnabelTechnologies and AnabelCapital.
Nicholas Okoye, president/chief executive officer, said that “Now, we have chosen to start with AnabelMobile in Nigeria. The reason for this is because we are Nigerians and we need Nigeria to form the bedrock of our roll out, knowing that the future of this world is Africa and the future of africa is Nigeria.”
Accordint to him, within the mobile industry, we decided to start with the Smartphone. Smartphones basically are computer phones; they are phones that run on the Operating System, that allow you to do as much as possible on your phone that you would have done on your computer.”
“Our Smartphone runs on the Windows Operating System, which means that you can edit your document: Powerpoint, Word, Excel files on the phone. What this means basically is that these phones are computers. We believe very strongly that our device will provide the necessary solutions for anybody who wants to enjoy a telecom experience by watching videos, listening to music or editing a document on his phone,” he continued.
“Another reason we decided to go into Smartphones is the proliferation of the Internet. Everybody is excited about the Internet and what is happening. I understand that some parties are trying to build Internet envelopes whereby they create WiFi communities where people can access the Internet in a wireless environment. Abuja has done that recently and I believe that some other states are working on that. Two of our models have WiFi connectivity which means that when you are in those cities that have those Internet envelopes, you can stay connected to the Internet anywhere you are. One of our phones is actually christened “the mobile Internet device,” informed Okoye.
Also commenting, Rosemary Aimankhu, chief marketing officer, AnabelMobile observed that the Nigerian telecoms subscriber has evolved from the era of strictly voice and SMS services to an advanced stage where telecoms products are multifunctional for enhancing business and lifestyle.

She further informed that AnabelMobile handset provides an extensive multimedia experience and additional memory options so that users can have ample storage space for their digital pictures and sound in a sophisticated package. “The phone is ideal for business executives who work long hours and travel frequently, or simply consumers who demand the latest in technology and are interested in features such as camera, video, MP3 player and messaging wrapped in one sophisticated communications device.”
The company said that it has a 200 man strong technical design and engineering team spread across Asia and the United States that work exclusively with them for Africa, and has also built an ultra modern service centre in Lagos, as a first line of support for customers who use its products.
