NCR has introduced new mobile device software that gives bank and credit union executives instant access to information about management and performance of their self-service device networks.
NCR Pulse Banking presents data from enterprise management applications such as NCR APTRA Vision to an iOS or Android device to help improve network device management efficiency, performance, and business decisions, a company news release said.
The Pulse Banking app requires use of NCR APTRA Vision.
Pulse Banking eliminates the need to install separate apps on a mobile device by synthesizing disparate data streams into a single view.
The app includes real-time, high-level network performance analytics for top executives, as well as detailed incident management data, a geographic status display, and system status alerts for network managers and operations staff.
“NCR Pulse Banking helps financial institutions make better business decisions faster, by presenting them with their network analytics on an easy-to-use, mobile platform,” said Vincent Pugliese, vice president and general manager of systems management software at NCR Financial Services, in the release. “Instant access to operational data — anytime, anywhere — can play a critical role in delivering amazing customer experiences in the self-service channel.”
