ATM provider Payment Alliance International has released its PAI Mobile app. The new mobile app gives IADs and ATM owners greater control over their machines with anytime, anywhere capabilities delivered via smartphone or tablet.

PAI Mobile provides real-time ATM operating status information and alerts, plus comprehensive reporting and cash management capabilities, a company press release said.

Available administrative functions include user permissions; installation or decommissioning of ATMs; addition or removal of value-added products and services; software and hardware versioning information, including EMV upgrade data and more.

New PAI Mobile functionalities include:  The ability for equipment installers to immediately upload photos, processing agreements and pertinent site documentation as they install an ATM, so the machine can be fully operational before the installer leaves.

– Real-time push notifications that alert technicians the moment an issue occurs.

–  GPS capabilities that help technicians manage servicing routes more efficiently.

– Access to current status information during ATM servicing, potentially eliminating callback trips.

The PAI Mobile app is available for download from the App Store and Google Play.

“PAI Mobile is another important way in which we’re advancing ATM technology and servicing,” PAI President and CEO John J. Leehy III said in the release. “ATM owners and IADs will especially appreciate the new capabilities they’ll have access to from wherever they are during their day, so they can better serve customers, manage their businesses and create operational efficiencies.”
