Signal Alliance has been named a Lifecycle Advisor (LCA) partner by Cisco; a role available by invitation only.

The Lifecycle Advisor designation recognizes Signal Alliance as having the expertise to not only sell Cisco solutions and services, but also help customers fully adopt their technology investment, and maximize the benefits of the solution.

This means ongoing engagement and support to build and sustain customer trust before and after the buying process.

According to Cisco, the Lifecycle Advisor role offers partners unique opportunities to land solution sales, drive adoption, solve business problems and measure results. This LCA partnership enables Signal Alliance to expand its relationships and revenues to help customers make the most of their IT investments through simplified processes and proven methodologies.

Yinka Ntia, Signal Alliance Chief Technology Officer, who spoke excitingly on this development says, “we are thrilled to be the 1St Nigerian Partner and 1st African Partner Outside South Africa to be approved as a Lifecycle Advisor. At Signal Alliance we are dedicated to people, process and technology, helping our customers develop a more proactive framework for managing their complete technology lifecycle. “

“Our success is built on a promise to deliver real value and better business outcomes for our customers and partners, and the LCA designation validates our expertise to back up that promise.” Ntia added.

Furthermore, what this means is that Cisco customers in Nigeria can now enjoy cost savings and accelerated deployment of Cisco solutions through Signal Alliance.
