Core Group, Stanbic IBTC Offer Nigerians 0% Interest iPad Deal

Core Group Africa, Apple’s official distributor for Nigeria has signed a major partnership deal with Stanbic ITBC Bank, which offers Nigerians the opportunity to pay for an iPad, interest free over 12 months. 

The deal is available from this week and will include any iPad with Retina Display and iPad mini, as well as other selected Apple products.

 Rutger-Jan van Spaandonk, director of Core Group Africa, told Nigeria CommunicationsWeek that “offering a finance deal is further testament to the commitment to making official Apple product more accessible to Nigerians. The deal gives Nigerians the fantastic opportunity to purchase official product at an affordable monthly rate, with no deposit interest.”

 “iPad is a life-changing product and we want to ensure that more Nigerians have the option of owning this revolutionary device. There has never been a more affordable finance deal to purchase iPad in Nigeria and we encourage customers to apply”, concluded Van Spaandonk.

Nigeria CommunicationsWeek learnt that customers will be able to apply for the 0% percent interest deal at any Stanbic branch in Lagos and the offer will be available nationwide shortly. Once customers are approved for the finance deal, they will be able to collect their new iPad from iStore Ikeja Mall. The starting price of the finance deal is as little as Naira5375 per month – pricing details for all iPad models are available at myistore.com.ng.
