AutoReg, an e-business solution from the stables of Courteville Investment Plc will be re-launched in over ten states of the federation before the end of this year.
AutoReg, which has a 20-year patent, was created with the aim of improving the process of motor vehicle administration documentation. It allows for easy and quick registration and renewal of vehicles, full collection of government revenue from registration, and elimination of fake registration documents.
It eliminates touting, creating accountability and expanding accessibility by creating more registration outlets, even as it has also created a robust database for motor vehicle census and administration.
Mr. Bola Akindele, CEO of the company stated that AutoReg is the first world-class product in motor vehicle license administration and documentation, adding that the company is also working on the modalities to introduce the product to neighbouring Ecowas countries.
The product which was first launched in Lagos State replicated itself by birthing over 600 vehicles license registration centres in Lagos State alone. The platform has over 2.5 million vehicles officially registered on its data base across Lagos, Delta, Anambra, Enugu, Abia, Rivers, and Oyo states.
There are several requests from other states for the scheme to be introduced and implemented in order to improve their revenue generation, according to the company.
Aside from the revolutionary AutoReg Vehicle license administration and documentation platform, the company introduced AutoReg Hackney permit issuance for commercial vehicles, AutoInsure.
The company is currently developing a virtual market place where people can meet, interact and do business online.
WebPeople, another business solution from the company enables people or companies to get a fully functional website plus free hosting for one year; for N20, 000.
