Shareholders are expecting cheering news on increased dividends by eTranzact International PLC, Africa’s premier e-payments solution provider, at the 12th Annual General Meeting holding today in Lagos.

Aside the increased dividends, the Company will also announce new products while shareholders will be re-electing directors and other important business.

“2015 was a year of high expectations for the country from a political perspective which impacted heavily on the economic climate of the country as a whole. However, we are happy to say that we met most of our key objectives and increased the amount of dividends to shareholders.

“After the AGM, there will be a short press briefing by the Chairman and members of the board where they will address members of the press and answer questions around profitability, growth, increased dividends and our plans for the future,”, Ifeanyi Abraham, senior PR manager, eTranzact told Nigeria CommunicationsWeek.
