GileadBalm Encourages Companies to Embrace email Marketing

Although 85% of all business correspondence occurs via email, according to a statement by the GileadBalm Group, yet companies continuously spend their marketing budget on the other 15%.

Why? Stephen Akintayo, managing director and chief executive officer, GileadBalm Group, identified that if organizations spent 50% of their monthly budget for advertisement on email marketing, they could double their client base.

In an email to Nigeria CommunicationsWeek, he said that email marketing has proven to have a far more higher return on investment (ROI) than traditional advertisement and even the highly advocated social media adverts.

“Marketing via email has proved to have more conversions (a browsing customer to a paying customer) than traditional advert and social media advert. You can reach 2 million Nigerians by email at a cheaper rate than bulk SMS and other forms of advertising,” he said.

Akintayo disclosed that the Company, as a means to encourage organizations to embrace the platform currently offers a 15-day new year promo.

“We also have the numbers separated by Local Government Areas (LGA) and the 36 states of Nigeria plus Abuja.

“With this, it means you can now accurately tailor your bulk SMS campaigns (messages) to targeted locations/audiences, instead of spending so much sending SMSes to people who live far enough never to benefit from your products/services.

Still on the promo, he said that its price of 13,500 is available “only if you pay today. This promo increase by 2000naira daily.

On the account of GileadBalm Group are 1.5million email addresses covering Nigeria; 880,000 email of working class Nigerians; get 50,000Email addresses and 50,000phone numbers of senior and cooperate executives and nationwide LGA Phone numbers.

For the SMS, he disclosed that they now 75kobo for end users &70kobo for resellers.This New Price take effect January 27th,2014.
