Heirs Life Assurance and Heirs Insurance, said they had revolutionised insurance claims payment through the rolling out of a Fast claims feature to support insurance brokers and other consumers of insurance in dealing with challenges associated with insurance claims payment.
The companies noted that insurance claims had remained a major pain point in the insurance industry.
Addressing brokers at the members Evening of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB), Abuja Area Committee hosted by the companies in Abuja, the Managing Director Heirs Life Assurance, Niyi Onifade, informed the brokers that Heirs Life Assurance and Heirs Insurance had rolled out a Fast Claims feature to support brokers and customers in dealing with challenges with insurance claims.
He informed the brokers that the companies had three major pillars at the core of their operations.
Also speaking, Dr. Adaobi Nwakuche, Acting Managing Director, Heirs Insurance, said: “For you, our esteemed brokers, we promise to work with you and with the entire NCRIB body, with trust and dedication.
“For our customers, we have put structures in place to make the process of claims as easy as getting a quote because we understand that the business of insurance is about trust”, she said.
Chairman of the NCRIB Abuja Area Committee, Owolabi Abbass, in his remarks, said “Claims settlement had been a major challenge in insurance industry.
He however said the brokers were pleased that Heirs Insurance and Heirs Life were delivering on their promise of fast claims service.
“We fully support this and we will collaborate to make this process better”.
