iSON Technologies, leading Information Technology (IT) company in Africa recently commissioned a state-of-the art Network Operations Center (NOC) at its Africa headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya.

Avaya Platinum Partner for pan- Africa, iSON Technologies’ NOC provides 24x7 support for customers in order to remotely monitor and manage Avaya Call Center Technology Platform spread across different geographies in the African Continent.

The upgraded Call Center Technology NOC is built to provide end-to-end support for Avaya Service Management and fulfillment.
