Kwesé TV Opens Ultramodern Customer Experience Centre in Lagos

Kwesé, Nigeria ‘s innovative and newest Satellite pay-TV network, has opened its first customer experience centre at Adeola Hopewell Street in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Mr. Zachary Wazara, Econet Media Executive, speaking at the opening of the ultramodern customer experience centre, said that the centre will enhance Kwesé retail footprint in the country.

 

He noted that the opening was appropriately timed to join over 600 Kwesé dealers’ outlets across Nigeria, to manage the frenzy that comes with the FIFA World Cup.

Wazara, said that their aim is to be the first choice for viewers all over Africa by bringing them the best in programming, at an affordable price.

 

He added that Kwesé is focused around sports and entertainment, stressing that their 24-hour sports TV station is part of Africa’s largest free-to-air network operating in over 25 countries.

 

He said, “Watch Kwesé Free Sports by tuning to UHF channel 32 in Lagos or on your FTA set-top-box (FreeTV channel 732) with no subscription.

 

“Enjoy the Premier League live, NBA, various FIFA tournaments and leagues, boxing and more.

He explained that, at the Kwesé Experience Centre, consumers can purchase Kwesé TV decoders, renew their subscriptions, get assistance with Kwesé apps’ download and resolve queries.

 

Elizabeth Amkpa, general manager, Kwesé TV, speaking at the unveiling ceremony, said: “Our Experience Centre is a one-stop shop designed to support our multi-platform offering delivered via satellite TV, mobile and digital platforms.

 

“Whether you are interested in purchasing a Kwesé TV decoder, renewing your subscription or downloading the Kwesé TV or Kweséiflix apps, we are here for you”.

She added that “the first 10 walk-in customers who make a payment will be rewarded with a one-month Kwesé TV subscription, adding that Kwesé also offers convenient online customer service via live chat on the Kwesé website and its social media pages”.

 

The Centre was designed by integrated marketing communications agency, Advapro Ltd.

 

The Experience Centre’s look and feel combines Kwesé’s signature purple which is symbolic for its premium quality, with a touch of orange to represent its Kwesé Sports’ brands.

Beyond the physical design of the customer experience centre, Advapro’s in-store branding solution incorporates a customer satisfaction tool called “Do You Like Us” (DULU®).

The solution is built to give real-time customer feedback to Kwesé TV.

The Kwesé Experience Centre is also equipped with an interactive area branded “FreeZone” where subscribers can perform self-service.
