MasterCard is offering cardholders the chance to experience a priceless journey in Beijing, China to mark the second year of Priceless Beijing, a long-term destination marketing programme dedicated to bringing to life the unique and one-of-a-kind experiences in Beijing for MasterCard cardholders.
This year, through Priceless Beijing, MasterCard will introduce a new collection of exclusive offers and experiences available to MasterCard cardholders.
MasterCard and the Beijing Municipal Commission of Tourism Development (BMCTD) have jointly introduced Priceless Beijing deals and experiences to cater to transit tourists taking advantage of the 72-hour visa-free stay policy .
Starting immediately, MasterCard cardholders will be able to enjoy exclusive one-of-a-kind Priceless experiences.
MasterCard is joining hands with 108 merchants to provide over 120 Priceless offers across consumer interest areas such as dinning, shopping, entertainment, arts and culture, travel and sports.
This includes buy one get one free deals, meaning cardholders pay for one deal, and the other is paid for by MasterCard.
Priceless Beijing, part of the global Priceless Cities program, takes MasterCard’s long-running and iconic ‘Priceless’ brand from one that celebrates Priceless moments to one that enables actual Priceless experience.
Priceless Cities first launched in New York in July 2011, and in April last year, Beijing was selected as the first city in Asia/Pacific, the Middle East and Africa to roll out the MasterCard ‘Priceless Cities’ programme.
The Priceless Beijing campaign has been immensely popular since its inception.
“This year we have expanded our merchant hot-spot zones; from the west we have the Beijing iconic MasterCard Center right through Sanlitun and the new east CBD lido area. We are delighted to offer cardholders with new promotions such as the buy one get one free and stay two get the third night free deals, as well as offers that deliver Priceless moments and enhance their experiences in the city,” said Dennis Chang, head of China for MasterCard.
“Together with BMCTD, we are working towards developing unique premium travel products to meet the needs of the affluent market in China. The success of Priceless Beijing in 2012 has encouraged us to affirm our commitment and we expect to work more closely with BMCTD in the future. We sincerely hope that more leisure and business travelers visiting Beijing will be able to experience 72 Priceless hours with the offers created by MasterCard.”
