According to Vytas Paukstys, Co-founder and CEO of Eskimi.com, programmatic advertising is getting popular in an exponential speed in African countries, but still by some of the businesses it is perceived with some of a suspicion.
Eskimi is a Lithuanian mobile social network with a strong Nigerian user base.
