National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) has extended the enrolment of Nigerians in the Diaspora into the National Identity Database to Togo, Niger Republic, Cote d’voire and the Republic of Ireland.

NIMC Licenses Firms for Diaspora Enrolment

The enrolment in the four countries would be carried out in partnership with Kevonne Consults Limited, Slogani Consults Nigeria Limited and Knowledge Square Nigeria Limited, all Nigerian owned companies licensed to serve as agents on behalf of NIMC across the globe.

The exercise which will involve the demographic and biometrics data capture of Nigerian citizens residing in the four countries will commence in Niger Republic, Cote d’voire and Togo on December 20.

The exercise in Ireland would commence on January 14, 2020, at Unit 9 Porters Avenue, Cool Mine Ind Estate, Dublin 15.

NIMC added that Knowledge Square Nigeria Limited has also been licensed to open centres in Chicago, Canada and London to complement the centres operating in those countries.

The exercise will commence in Chicago, USA, on December 13, at Africa International House 6200 S Drexel Ave, Chicago, IL 60637, and in Ontario, Canada on December 17, at 8 Melanie Drive, Ste. 202, Brampton, ON.L6K 4L2, and in London, United Kingdom, on January 8, 2020, at 160 Maple Road, London SE208JB.

NIMC has also licensed UGS Technologies Limited to operate as an agent in Minnesota, the USA, where enrolment commenced on December 10.
