NOIPolls Limited wishes has officially announced the appointment of Dr. Bell Ihua, as the company’s new chief operating officer.
Ihua joined NOIPolls as its director of Research in 2012 and before this new appointment he was managing the company’s niche research consulting unit; a role which saw him successfully manage the setting up of the company’s virile field force which effectively covers all the geo-political zones of Nigeria.
He has also been highly instrumental in the re-positioning of the company’s strategic engagements with its clients for greater value and is presently championing the company’s on-going expansion into the West African region.
Ihua has over a decade experience as a management consultant, researcher and lecturer and prior to his return to Nigeria to join the organisation, he was a member of the academic faculty of Coventry Business School, Coventry University, United Kingdom, where he taught business management modules and supervised undergraduate and post-graduate dissertations under the Department of Strategy & Applied Management.
He has had experience working in Professional Audit Practice, Management Consulting and Business Advisory Services.
The new COO has also lectured modules in Entrepreneurship Development, Small Business Management, Strategic Management and Business Finance.
He is a member of several professional organisations such as Chartered Management Institute (CMI) UK and Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
Dr. Ihua is a proud alumnus of the prestigious University of Abuja, Nigeria where he obtained a B.Sc. Degree in Accounting.
He also holds an MBA & MSc. in Business Management from Birmingham City University United Kingdom, an M.Sc. Degree in Knowledge Management from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen Scotland United Kingdom and Ph.D Business Administration & Management from Kent Business School, University of Kent, United Kingdom.
According to the Company’s Management, the appointment takes effect from the 1st of May, 2014.
