Adeniji Lukman, a fresh graduate of College of Education, Ilaro, Ogun state has been arrested for allegedly breaching several government sites, including those for the States Security Service (SSS) and the National Examination Council (NECO).

Lukman, 23 admitted having leveraged his expertise in Web design to hack into the sites, including the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC), the States Security Service (SSS), the National Examination Council (NECO), and the Nigeria Customs Service.

He also allegedly stole exam questions and answer from the Web site for the the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), and sold them to test takers prior to the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

Dr. Ade Abolurin, commandant general, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) said that "He just graduated from College of Education, Ilaro, in March and he went to computer training center where he learnt some of these things,"

"The crux of the matter is that when he hacked into our system, there were so much outcries in the country. This got to my knowledge late last year, and so we started trailing the suspect. We thank God, on September 26, we got him."
