Alamu before his recent appointment was in the Sales Unit of the company where he made his impact. He has also had versatile experience in various sectors of the courier and logistics business having handled the finance, oil and gas , and also the bourgeoning telecom sector of the business. His performance in those areas singled him out as the resource person to drive the business of the public liability company whose major focus in this critical period is to deliver return to investors of the company.
A graduate of geography from the University of Lagos, Alamu has got a lot of training on sales which he said majored on essential selling skills and managing key accounts as well as leadership development training probably where he was nurtured to take over the marketing department of the company.
In a brief chat with Nigeria Communications Week in his office, Alamu said he will continue with the programmes the company is currently running before he mounted the saddle to build and improve on those ideas even as he assured that the company will defend its market share of the business irrespective of the global economic recession by continuing to handle its numerous services in the most professional manner the industry can offer.
