Following the signing of a formal partnership with the Lagos state chapter of the Estate Rent and Commission Agents Association of Nigeria (ERCAAN), Lamudi has launched dedicated online pages for the 3000 strong membership association.
This, Lamudi said is in keeping its promise to broaden the digital reach of one of Nigeria’s largest professional bodies in the real estate sector.
ERCAAN was incorporated in 1990, in the interest of practicing real estate agents who, as an association engage in genuine and honest property consultancy to the broadest segment of the housing market.
Speaking on the partnership, Mr. Godwin Alenkhe, ERCAAN chairman, Lagos state chapter, said “I am happy the association is partnering with Lamudi because they have provided the members of ERCAAN a platform recognized locally and internationally where our properties can be listed. With such exposure, we are certain we will get increased awareness for both the association and our individual members.”
House hunters across mainland Lagos will now have access to a wide range of properties for sale or rent from a network of over 3,000 agents all under the umbrella of a single trusted association.
Every property listed by a certified ERCAAN member will be easily identified by the association’s logo as a symbol of trust, honesty and accountability.
Obi Ejimofo, managing director of Lamudi Nigeria applauded the new partnership.
