Resourcery, Scheider Partner on Data Centre Session for Customers
Resourcery, leading indigenous Information Technology Company in West Africa and Schneider Electric (APC) have collaborated to enlighten senior I.T business executives across the business spectrum in Nigeria about how to “transform their Data Centres for today’s business world.
” This is a half-day business session designed to help businesses across West Africa enhance their business, reduce cost and conserve energy is titled; “Data Centre Infrastructure Management.”
Scheduled to hold at the Intercontinental Hotel in Lagos, this session provides an opportunity for CIO’s, Data Centre Infrastructure Managers and other senior I.T managers to see the business benefit of tapping into the combined business expertise of Resourcery and Schneider Electric (APC) in the area of data centre management and improvement.
Speaking for Resourcery, Bisike Uba, Senior Business Manager for Resourcery noted that as the global information technology trend is moving into the third platform and the Cloud playing a huge rule in this transition, it’s very important that business organizations in the country and across West Africa in general tap into the better ways of not only building but also effectively running their data centres without necessarily creating a hole in the company’s purse.
“At the end of this business session, we would have successfully taken our invited guest through the three important phases of planning, building and operating a very viable and efficient data centre. This would commence from the early preparation and design to the acquisition and implementation phase. This would then be capped by the maintenance and optimization stage. We call this process; thought-to-finish process.”
Uba also added that; “the combined market knowledge and expertise of Resourcery and the efficiency of Schneider Electric means that our customers are rest assured that assessment services aimed at determining their existing data center infrastructure capacities, efficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities would be carried out first before any process begins. Mastercard, Alerzo, and e-Trade Alliance Unite to Enhance Financial Inclusion for 10,000 MSMEs
Mastercard has collaborated with Alerzo, a leading Nigerian B2B e-commerce company, and the USAID-funded e-Trade Alliance to accelerate the digital transformation of and enhance financial inclusion among micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Nigeria.
This collaboration aims to empower over 10,000 MSMEs with cutting-edge digital and financial solutions, enabling them to achieve sustainable growth and thrive in the digital economy.
Despite Nigeria’s progress in digital technology adoption, MSMEs still face significant challenges, including complex supply chains, reliance on manual, error-prone inventory management, and limited access to essential financial services.
This collaboration addresses these obstacles with user-friendly digital and financial solutions tailored to local MSMEs, such as Alerzoshop, Alerzo’s digital B2B marketplace; and Veedez, a comprehensive digital payment and business management tool, complemented by training initiatives to boost financial and digital literacy.

Veedez is redefining how small businesses operate by helping them digitize processes, unlock new sales opportunities, and increase revenue, with micro-lending services providing vital financial support.

Upgrades to Alerzo’s infrastructure will enable seamless payment processing through the Mastercard network, benefitting MSMEs immediately upon signing up for Veedez, available on the App Store and Google Play.
