Samuel, Priority Communications CEO Bags PSR DINMA Award

Engineer Olumide Samuel, chief executive officer (CEO), Priority Communications Limited, has received “The Development in Nigeria Merit award” (DINMA).

The gold award was given to him in the telecommunications & Allied services in Nigeria category as a recognition for his contribution towards the development of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with a promise to continually make positive contributions to the progress of the Nigerian State and humanity in general.

The People, Service & Resource (PSR) awards are given to individuals who have made concrete, genuine and visible effort towards the development of the Nigerian Nation.

Samuel received extensive training on ICT both within and outside Nigeria: Supercomm in Chicago, USA, Pandatel in Hamburg Germany, Cisco Networkers in South Africa, just to mention a few.

He started his working career in 1992 with Cadbury Nigerian Plc as an electrical engineer.

Samuel also worked with schlumberger Nigeria Limited Port Harcourt between 1997 and 2000.

He then moved on to work as Technical Operations at VDT Communications Limited Lagos where he led a team of engineers who installed microwave and VSAT links before he finally moved on as Chief Executive Officer for Priority Communications Limited one of the best telecommunications Company in sub Saharan Africa.
