Swift Networks Ups Internet Speed by 45 Per cent

Swift Networks, broadband Internet service provider, has embarked on massive upgrade of it network capacity aimed at improving service quality as well as expanding its coverage in Lagos area.
The upgrade has increased the internet backbone of the company by 45per cent with addition of three redundant connections to Internet backbone.
The development has positioned the company as one of the ISPs with expanded core network capacity.
Redundant Internet backbone connection allows internet service provider to expand capacity in few days as against six months it takes an operator without redundant backbone to expand capacity.
Swift Networks has also begun massive network roll out within Lagos metropolis by adding two new cell sites every week. The company is presently conducting road shows in areas where it has added cell sites including Agege, Idimu, Ipaja, Okota, Surulere and Lagos Island.
