Telkom SA Appoints Msimango MD of TIBU, Multi-Links Telkom

Telkom Group has announced the appointment of Mr. Thami Msimango as managing director of Telkom International Business Unit (TIBU) and managing director of Multi-Links Telkom.
Mr. Reubin September, group chief executive officer of the company made the announcement recently.
As the managing director of TIBU, Msimango is responsible for the portfolio of Telkom Group subsidiaries including Multi-Links in Nigeria.
His appointment as MD is expected to go a long way towards supporting the strategic focus and vision of TIBU as well as in refocusing the overall imperatives of the Telkom Group.
He has been part of the Telkom family for the past 25 years. Since joining in 1984, he has occupied a number of critical positions including the position of Chief Technical Officer in Telkom. 
Mr. Msimango has the knowledge, experience to provide leadership on portfolio and vision to move TIBU to greater heights. He has a vision of transforming Multi-Links to be the leading ICT player in Nigeria under his leadership.
While congratulating him on his well deserved appointments, the Group CEO also wished him success, stating that he was fortunate to have a man of Thami’s caliber in his leadership team.
