thehatch Innovation Lab announces the launch of its Code Academy to fully begin operations with a 12-week coding training. The Code Academy seeks to bridge the tech talent gap in Africa by graduating junior developers with computer programming skills.
thehatch Innovation Lab, using the Academy platform offers qualified participants a tuition-free opportunity to fine-tune their programming skills and start their career as a software engineer with an opportunity to intern at Inlaks. Outstanding and highly talented graduates of the Academy stand a chance of gaining a full-time employment with Inlaks’ Software development Unit.
thehatch Code Academy puts forward an intensive 12-week coding training syllabus best suited for early stage programmers. During the course of the training, participants will be exposed to an immersive curriculum using proven facilitator-led and hands-on software development training.
