Tribest Corporate Support Group has announced the appointment of Mr Abel Fadebi as its Group Executive Director in a move aimed at strengthening leadership capacity and driving growth across its manpower, outsourcing and energy support businesses.
The company disclosed this in a statement on Thursday, noting that the appointment aligns with its strategic objective of deepening its position in recruitment, outsourcing, workforce management and energy support solutions in Nigeria.
According to the statement, Fadebi brings over 35 years of professional experience spanning banking, manufacturing, oil servicing and public sector operations.
Prior to his appointment, he had a 28-year career at United Bank for Africa, where he served in several strategic leadership positions.
These include Head, Human Resources Business Partnering for Nigeria; Deputy Chief of Staff to the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer; Executive Assistant to the Deputy Managing Director/CEO, UBA Africa; and Head, Recruitment Support, Confirmation and Records.
The company said Fadebi’s expertise covers human capital management, corporate governance, operational excellence and strategic administration.
He was also described as possessing strong competencies in recruitment and selection, policy implementation, employee relations, outsourcing, staff welfare administration and disciplinary management.
Commenting on the appointment, Chairman of Tribest Corporate Support Group, Mr Udochi Nwaodu, described Fadebi as a transformational leader with extensive cross-sector experience.

Fadebi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from Ambrose Alli University and an MBA in Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
