VDT Communications has elevated sixteen of its staff to various positions in line with the company’s growth focus in the years ahead.
Among the newly promoted staff is Adewale Akinade who is now assistant general manager (AGM).
Adewale Akinade started his career at VDT Communications, in 2009, as the Management Accountant, after which he rose to the position of Finance Manager and now promoted to the post of an Assistant General Manager.
Wale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile – Ife and he is an associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
He is an alumnus of the ever evolving Pan Atlantic University where he obtains SMP certificate and has equally undergone series of developmental trainings.
Omolaola Abolarinwa joined VDT Communications in 2008 as the Head of Service Management department. She rose through the rank and now was promoted to the post of Assistant General Manager.
Abolarinwa holds a B.Sc degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, from the University of Ilorin and has Comp+ and ITIL Certification.
She is an alumnus of the ever evolving Pan Atlantic University where she obtains SMP certificate and has equally undergone series of developmental trainings.
Timilehin Olatunde joined the VDT in 2006 as a Field Engineer. He rose to become the Head of the Service Deployment Unit, delighting customers, through his speed of qualitative service delivery.
He has been promoted from the position of Assistant Manager, to Manager.
Timi has a Masters degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor’s of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering. He is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI), a member of Nigeria Society of Engineers and a Cisco Certified Professional.
He has attended several developmental trainings, both nationally at internationally.
Others equally promoted from officer level to Assistant Managers are Bunmi Ogunmayowa, Ehigiementor Aigbokhan, Omoh Imoobe, Bolanle Duyilemi, Amaka Okoro and Blessing Achu.
More so, 7 other staff were promoted to different officer grades within the organization.
