Zain Rewards Customers with Scratch & Win Offer

Zain Nigeria has launched Scratch & Win Offer as part of its sustained effort to reward loyal customers on its network.
The Scratch & Win promo will provide an opportunity for customers to win instant prizes whenever they scratch the surfaces of recharge cards to top-up their lines.
Zain customers who buy recharge cards denominations of N200, N500 and N1000 will have an opportunity to win instant exciting prizes such as Freezers, iPods, 32" LCD screen TV sets, Home Theatre Sound systems, washing machines, ipod docking systems and recharge cards, amongst other prizes.
Speaking on the new promo, Deepak Srivastava, the chief operating officer of Zain Nigeria said the offer, which is another first of its kind from Zain, is a way of expressing its appreciation to esteemed customers for choosing and using the network.
Every Zain consumer can benefit from the promo, irrespective of income level or education background.  The company said the Promo is another way for customers to derive more value for the money spent by winning instant gifts.
Srivastava explained that for customers to benefit from the offer, they are required to purchase a Zain recharge card at any dealer outlet closest to them, scratch the surface of the silver panel to unveil the recharge PIN and check beneath the recharge digits to see if they won a prize.
He said customers who have prize items beneath the recharge digits should visit any Zain shop or Dealer Outlet to redeem their prizes instantly.
He also stated that the company has created a pool of different prizes to provide an opportunity for many of its customers to emerge as instant winners during the promo period.
Other prizes to be won in the promo which will end on November 15th, 2010 include steam irons, stabilizers, mobile phones, standing fans, generators, digital cameras among others
