Don-P Communications Ltd, flagship partner of many successful telecommunications companies in Nigeria said that it is building customer loyalty through excellent customer care.
Peter Ojemen, managing director of the company said that his company is better equipped to deal with typical customer frustrations as well as awkward situations.
Don-P Communications already a household name in the telecom industry uses creativity to find solutions to customers’ problems.
According to Ojemen “I am going to improve my telecoms business in a more refined and better ways now, and track down some problems associated with customer care relationship.”
He said that he decided to approach a telecom vendor shop in U.S and was treated very specially, so he felt it and promised to do same to his people here in Nigeria.
The Don-P boss said that though calls are very expensive in the United States, they also experience call jamming.
He pledged to make a difference in all his dealings with customers to encourage others to do same.
Ojemen said there are modern technologies in communications in the U.S that are fast tracking relationship especially in customer care, and urged the telcos in Nigeria to adopt them for effective promotion and advancement of service delivery.
