In an effort to ensure customers derive satisfaction from its products and services, MultiChoice Nigeria recently rolled out a new DStv feedback and query resolution platform on popular online social networking service, Twitter.
The twitter handle @DStvNgCare joins the list of customer care initiatives of the company including the DStv Eazy Self Service online platform.
“We reviewed our engagement on social media specifically on Twitter and realized that our subscribers wanted faster, quicker responses to their queries”, said Caroline Oghuma, public relations manager, DStv on the reason behind the company’s decision to set up another twitter account separate from its major one.
“The DStv Nigeria Care twitter handle was created to enable our customer care team better track subscribers’ queries and respond to specific content demand so that our subscribers have improved customer support”, she concluded.
Subscribers can tweet their queries at the handle @DStvNgCare Mondays to Fridays from 8am to 9pm; Saturdays from 9am to 6pm and on Sundays from 12pm to 5pm.
