Nuhu Gidado, deputy governor of Bauchi State, has said the state government will establish three Information Technology Centres (ICT) in the three senatorial zones to take care of secondary schools’ examinations.
Gidado made this known when he addressed the state officials of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Bauchi on Friday.
According to him, the initial proposal is to establish the centres in each Local Government Area of the state but only three centres get the approval.
He said the measure became necessary because the examinations had become database in the recent time.
Gidado said that the education system in the state would be strengthened under the present administration to meet up with the national standard.
