Dominion Chapel to Use Music Technology for Change

Bishop John Praise Daniel in charge of Dominion Chapel International Abuja has planned to use music and technology to rebrand and pray for Nigerians as the country moves into its 49th year of existence as a nation.
The Abuja event, which is the 3rd in the series, is scheduled to hold on the 30th of September 2009 on the eve of independent day at Old Parade Ground, Abuja.. The one day international music fiesta promised to be a night of relaxation will feature different cultures, different music genre, different dances and different worship songs.
The programme is also expected to bring together over 10,000 people in and around the world for a night music and cultural concert and worship songs displayed with participants drawn from the United States of  America and Britain to play instrument as technology for attitudinal change, as part of the 49th independence day  celebration on 1st  October, 2009.
Some of the music technology instruments that will be featured at the event include orchestra, piano, drums, loud cymbals and tumbrel, trumpets, goiters among others.
The general overseer, said this year’s edition will be a different one because of its uniqueness and will be part of the church’s contribution towards rebranding the country’s image through the use of music technology which will serve as signal to the people to have a second thought from the negative perceptions they have.
Dominion Church will be using music lyrics to preach unity, love and togetherness while calling for a change in character because Nigerians cannot be separated from their culture.
