HiTV has announced a cut in the subscription fees of all its bouquets.
Kemi Fashina, the company’s Brand/Marketing manager in a statement signed by Justin Akpovi-Esade, Public Relations manager, said the new promotion is another way of making sure life is much easier for HiTV’s valued subscribers. “We have started a special offer of price cut on subscription across all our bouquets. Monthly subscription to premium bouquet is hereby reduced to N4900 from N6000; Classic bouquet becomes N2700 from N3500 and Correct bouquet becomes N1600 from N1900. To benefit from this offer, a subscriber must however pay for three months. This is basically the same as the FREEdom promo which ran last year, except for the change of theme,” she said.
According to her, the price slash also has implications on new entrants. “Acquisition of a complete system plus three months premium bouquet subscription has been drastically reduced to N29, 700 from N33, 000. In the case of Classic bouquet, acquisition plus three months subscription will now be N23, 700 instead of N25, 500 and a complete system plus three months subscription to the Correct bouquet is discounted to N19, 800 from N20, 700. It is an irresistible offer I must say. It is important to note that this is a bundled offer and as such, three months subscription is required either in the case of acquisition or renewal. Offer ends on April 6.”
In another development, HiTV has launched Wedding TV on its platform. Exclusive to HiTV, Wedding TV will formally make its debut on March 1. The channel deals exclusively with wedding matters, steps to be taken in planning a wedding, among others. It is one of the most entertaining and educative programmes on television.
Fashina also informed on the movement of the Hi Kids channel to Hi Mix, this is also effective from March 1. “Hi Mix and Hi Kids will merge into one. Hi Kids will run from 9am till 9pm while Hi Mix runs from 9pm till 9am. The channel will be called Hi Mix,” she revealed.
