Leading Pay TV Company, Multichoice recently hosted its customers in Surulere to a Customer Forum.
The Customer Forum was an interactive session to address challenges faced by subscribers on this axis and to forge a way forward on how best to serve customers better.
Segun Fayose, head Corporate Communications at Multichoice said the Company launched the DStv Compact Plus, the latest addition to the DStv bouquet to serve sport loving customers with more premium sports in the Compact range of bouquet options.
Fayose revealed that the DStv Compact Plus came about by popular demand from subscribers at various interactive sessions.
“The Compact Plus, which is a step up to the DStv Compact, boasts of two additional popular and expensive sport channels - SuperSport 7 and SuperSport 10 and also the best of the Nigerian Basket Ball League,” he said.
Bukola Adeyomoye, Surulere Branch coordinator disclosed to customers at the forum that a Multichoice office has been opened at 17A, Rasak Balogun Street in Surulere to attend to customers’ needs.
The head of Corporate Communications and the Surulere branch coordinator were on hand to respond to questions and to address customers’ challenges.
Customers at the Forum lauded Multichoice for clarity on its platform even during heavy rainfalls.
Customers were also taken on a demonstration of the new HD PVR.
A raffle draw was held and a lucky customer went home with a HD PVR. Other exciting gift items were also distributed to customers at the Forum.
