Speaking at the launch, Mr. Joseph Mazeli, the Regional Sales Manager said the target of making DStv a household brand is the major reason behind the establishment of more sub dealer outlets.
“DStv is fast becoming a household name and for us to give our subscribers optimum services, there is need for expansion,” he said.
Mazeli urged more Nigerian investors to invest in the business, according to him, MultiChoice is open to have more retail partners within Enugu and its environs.
With the launch of Fermod office, the number of MultiChoice Sub dealer outlets across the country has increased to 9 while the number of Super dealers across the federation is 22.
Addressing the media, Segun Fayose, head Corporate Communications, MultiChoice Nigeria, said MultiChoice pays attention to the demands of its subscribers and is the reason they decided to open a new outlet so as to make subscription payment easier.
Fayose expressed optimism that soon more offices and super dealer outlets would be launched across the federation. “More than providing quality services to our subscribers, the launch of these sub dealer offices is also to create employment and financial empowerment for more Nigerians,” he commented.
