The Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) has postponed its Cloud Computing Workshop earlier slated for Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), according to a short statement by Iyiola Ayoola, director, Communications at NCS.
He said that “The cloud Computing Workshop Jointly organised by Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) and Centre for excellence in Software engineering Obafemi Awolowo University scheduled to hold from April 28th to May 2nd has been postponed due to logistic problems and current national security challenges.
NCS has thus re-scheduled the workshop for August 25th – 29th, 2014 at the same venue.
“All inconveniences deeply regretted.
“However, registration of participant continues online or at the NCS National Secretariat.
