There is a solution to Nigeria’s economic woes, as a non-governmental organisation holds a national conference that would discuss and offer solutions to economic and political issues.

According to Tinuke Odjenima, national director of the Hindsight Nigeria, the Nation Builders conference 2016 themed “Possibility of a Developed Nigeria” would dissect the economic challenges confronting the country and offer solutions to other various national and international issues relating to Nigeria.

She explained that the purpose of the event was to raise nation builders and concerned citizens from all class of people and sectors in Nigeria.

“The conference will come up with a document that would serve as a template towards achieving a rapid development in Nigeria with the aim to influencing national policy. The ultimate objective is to spur the citizens to action”, she said.

She added that the annual conference holds on December 9, 2016 at Sheba Centre, Maryland, would define, generate and gather ideas on what should be Nigeria’s vision. “The values we need to imbibe, which will drive the collective vision of our country quickly, steer the country in the right direction would be discussed”, she added.

Among other issues line up for discussion include education, politics, economy, family, and raising nation builders. Others are faith, the media, and youth development among others.

Those who would discuss the topics include Barrister Kayode Adeniji, Dr. Adedapo Adedokun, Bosede Ogunlana, Pastor Adeolu Akinyemi, Elder Femi Olaore, and Adepeju Jaiyeoba.
