Chike Onwuegbuchi, deputy editor-in-chief, Nigeria CommunicationsWeek, leading information and communications technology news media has lost his mother, Madam Jessy Ejiama Onwuegbuchi.
Madam Jessy died on Wednesday May 6, 2015 at Federal Medical Centre, Umuahia, Abia State after a brief illness at the age of 92 years.
Chike described her: “She will be remembered for being a role model to other mothers. She taught us hard work and supported our father to give us education. She made sure that we as the children were close to God. We give God the glory for her transition at this ripe age.”
She will be buried on Friday, July 17, 2015 at her home town of Umuode in Ikenna Autonomous Community, Isialangwa, Local Government Area, Abia State.
