Phase3 Telecom, West Africa’s largest independent fibre optic infrastructure and telecommunications services provider will today mark its 12 years of service excellence. 

It may be recalled that the firm which began operations in 2003, had an auspicious start pioneering optic fiber services on power lines, to provide backbone and broadband services that is currently driving Nigeria’s telecommunications revolution.

A few years after it commenced service, Phase3 extended its reach beyond Nigeria when it executed a partnership agreement with the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS); to facilitate the development of telecom infrastructure over power lines across members’ countries and this infrastructure is currently being deployed across the region.

Now twelve years with multiple global partnerships and groundbreaking expansion projects to lay claims to; the firm is transforming the sub-region’s telecommunications landscape using innovative ways and leveraging the best technology to help people and businesses operating in the region effectively connect with each other and the rest of the world.

Especially, with the recent addition to our local and global network wins and recognitions making us two-time winner of Pan African Broadband for Enterprise Solution Provider of the Year at Titans of Tech Awards and Best Customer Service Company in Network Management at Nigeria Customer Service Award as well as first-time Broadband Service Provider of the Year at Nigeria Technology Awards”.
