The Simba group has introduced a nationwide state of the art call center to support their customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
According to the Company, the facilities are first of its kind service offering in the power backup industry, and a key part of Simba's overall value proposition to its customers.
The company has also simultaneously launched a dedicated customer service online portal for user of its inverters and power backup solutions.
Speaking on the developments, Chief Vinay Grover, managing director of Simba Group, said, “We have always believed that a good quality product means very little unless it is supported by a high level of service before, during and after the sales process. Today marks an important milestone in our delivery of excellence in customer service, as we launch industry leading twenty four hour service across multiple platforms.
“We leverage our recently installed Avaya contact center to deliver real time solutions to customer enquiries, service requests and troubleshooting needs. Our online platform can be accessed on the go, and is also updated in real time. That's what customers demand globally, and that's what we provide locally; the first of its kind in this industry in Nigeria.
“For Simba, service is not so much a department or buzz word: it is an ethos that runs through the entire organisation. The philosophy serves as a guide to every member of our team and determines how we react and interact with our customers.
